Allen has been in Djibouti for a few weeks now. He is really living a rough life, being forced to do things like eat lobster and prime rib, play beach volleyball, swim in an indoor pool and meet celebrities!(Yes, that is him with Christian Slater!) He really is doing very well, he likes his job and he will get to travel periodically to other countries like Kenya and Nairobi. He works on a base in a regular office and lives in an air conditioned trailer. Alaina and I are so proud of him. Alaina talks about him all the time and tells people that her Daddy is in Djibouti and that Djibouti is the country. We miss him very much and can't wait for him to come home.
