On the road again

Mom, Dad, Alaina and I recently traveled to Wisconsin and Michigan to see Richard's and Jon's families. We had a great time. Alaina did great during the long drives and had a great time with her cousins. In Wisconsin, Erynn even painted Alaina's toenails! We also had a great time in Michigan. Alaina got to partake in Cailin's birthday party festivities and then she played catch with Emma while Dad played catch with Jon. It was so nice to see Richard and Jon and their families!

Take me out to the ball game

I think everyone knows how much Dad loves baseball and that he plays on a baseball team in St. Louis. We went to a recent game and dad got a hit! It was a fun time and Alaina loved watching Grampa playing.

Summertime and Dora Live!

Now that summer is officially here, Alaina has been spending a lot of time in her baby pool. She loves splashing and dancing in the pool. She also loves running and jumping into the pool. She giggles and squeals and always has a great time. We also got to go see Dora Live! It was a very big deal for Alaina. She was so thrilled to see Dora and all her friends on stage, and it was at the beautiful Fox Theater in St. Louis. It was such a fun time.

Nashville, ya'll!

A few weeks ago Mom, Dad, Chrisy, Lanie and I got to go to Nashville to see Meg and the new house! It was really fun and Lanie had a great time with her cousins. She even touched Emma's snake. Meg also made Alaina an adorable little skirt and she looked great in it!

Let's Paint!

Mom and Dad's fence got some slight damage in the big storm last month. So Dad repaired the fence and it needed paint. Luckily there was a VERY willing helper around!

Here chickies!

Tina and Lonnie Melvin have chickens and one recently hatched chickies. They let us come over so Alaina could see the babies. They were so cute and little and fuzzy! They even let her feed the chickens. Alaina had such a good time feeding them and as she threw the food yelled "Here chikies, here chickies". It was really fun.
